General
How soon will the site be ready?
Once the order and payment are confirmed, the site, hosting and mailbox are ready within one working day. If you buy the domain from us, it is registered the same day.
Will I be able to manage the site myself?
Yes. Every site has an admin panel and it needs no coding knowledge. You change the text, images, prices and every section yourself. You can explore the admin panel in the demo before ordering.
Sites and rental
Can I change the design?
Colours, logo, typeface and the order of sections are all yours to change from the admin panel. If you need structural changes, use the custom design service.
How many languages does it support?
Four languages are included — Azerbaijani, English, Russian and Turkish. Need more? A language pack opens one for 99 manat, paid once. Translate it yourself or order the translation service.
Could another company get the same site?
Yes, a ready site can go to several clients. But colours, logo, text and images differ for each one, so in practice the sites do not look alike. If you want something no one else has, look at the custom design service.
Hosting
Is hosting charged separately?
No. Renting a site includes hosting, the SSL certificate, daily backups and one email address. There is nothing extra to pay.
Domains
Can I bring my existing domain?
Yes. Transfer the domain to us, or keep it with your current registrar and simply point the DNS to our server. We help either way.
How many mailboxes do I get?
The site plan includes one address — for example info@yourcompany.com. If you need more, add one of the business email plans. They come in 3, 10 and 20+ mailbox sizes.
Can I add mailboxes later?
Yes. Order a business email plan from your client area — your existing address stays and new boxes are added alongside it. Old mail is not lost.
Payment
How much is the first payment?
The first payment is the setup fee only — between 99 and 299 manat depending on the site. Monthly billing starts after the first month.
How can I pay?
By card online, by bank transfer, or by setting up automatic payment from your client area. For monthly billing we recommend the automatic option.
Code ownership
When does the code become mine?
The contract states the total amount to be paid. Once that amount is paid in full, the code transfers to you — usually between three and five years. Whether you pay monthly or yearly does not matter; the calculation is based on the amount.
What happens if I stop paying?
The site closes temporarily while your data is kept. Resume payment and it comes back immediately. What you have already paid is not lost — the remaining balance toward ownership picks up where it stopped.
Can I move the site elsewhere before I own the code?
You can export your content — text, images, products — at any time. The code itself stays with us until the ownership amount is paid in full.
